Ms. Shalini Shankar, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the Applicant would deposit the entire compensation amount along with accrued interest till date, within four weeks from today, in the Tribunal concerned.

2) In view thereof, there shall be ad-interim stay in terms of prayer clause (a), till the next date i.e. 14th July 2025. If the amount is not deposited as stated above, the aforesaid ad-interim stay shall stand vacated without reference to this Court.
