Learned counsel for the respondents/original claimants submits that though this Court by the said judgment has granted consortium amount to the tune of Rs.96,000/-, the same is not reflected in the operative part of the judgment. Hence, the operative part of the judgment needs to be corrected accordingly.

iii) The appellant/Insurer to deposit the enhanced amount of Rs.96,000/- along with interest as mentioned in the above clause within four weeks from today.
