It appears that the appellants have preferred a review petition vide MP-PBPT-2476/MUM/2025 Resto. MP-PBPT-3025/ MUM/2025 COD in FPA-PBPT-5-MUM-2018 titled "Mahendra C. Jain & Anr. v. The Initiating Officer, BPU, Mumbai" seeking review and rectification of the order dated 25th February 2025. The learned counsel for the appellants, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this First Appeal with liberty to the appellants to approach this Court if need so arises.

First Appeal No.1282 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with an observation that this Court has not reflected on the merits of the matter and withdrawal of this appeal shall not cause any prejudice to the appellants in any other proceedings taken out by them or against them.
