Learned Commissioner for Employees' compensation as per judgment dated 13.03.2025 has adjudicated about the compensation. The Claimant is not satisfied. He wants enhancement. The certificate opining 66% permanent partial disability was produced. Whereas the Commissioner has considered only 30% loss of his earning capacity. That is why present appeal.
