Heard learned Counsel for the Appellant.

This is an appeal filed by claimant challenging the impugned Judgment and Award of the Commissioner for Employees' Compensation and Judge, Labour Court, Thane.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that despite opponent No.1 Employer accepting the salary claim in reply, the same has been refused by the Trial Court. He further submits that considering the nature of injury suffered by the Appellant where he is unable to lift objects or drive vehicle or to climb, stand or walk for long time, the disability is practically 100% and the Trial Court has accepted it only to the extent of 50%.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 13.08.2025. 6.

Considering the nature of dispute, the notice to indicate that subject to time constraints, an endevour will be made to finally dispose of the appeal at the admission stage.
