OCTOBER 14, 2025 ORDER :- When the matter is called out, Mr.Adwant, learned counsel for the applicants as well as Mr.P.R.Katneshwar, learned senior counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 to 3, would submit that in view of the latest amendment in the Waqf Act and particularly, as regards Section 83(9), whereby instead of Civil Revision Application, the proceedings ought to have been treated as an appeal, they seek time till 16.10.2025 to address on conversion of this petition into an appeal proceedings. Keep the matter on 16.10.2025; first on board. Interim relief to continue till then.
