Fulfagar, learned Advocate for the respondents would submit that in view of the Waqf amendment Act, 2025, particularly amendment to the Section 83 (9) of the Waqf Act, instead of the Civil Revision Application an appeal needs to be filed.

In view of above, Mr. Harish Adwant, learned Advocate seeks permission to allow the applicants to convert this Civil Revision Application into an appeal.
