Heard Mr. Mishra, learned Advocate for Appellant. 2.
It was stated in the order dated 03.12.2025 that Appellant - Org. Plaintiff was ready and willing to deposit sum of Rs. 1,70,51,919.99. Matter is specifically listed before me today because it was mentioned on 06.01.2026. On that date I directed the Appellant to give notice to the Respondents to remain present before this Court. Mr. Mishra places on record a document showing effect of service on the Respondents. Respondent No. 3 Bank is duly served which can be seen from the stamp of the bank. Private Respondents have also been served by speed post. Mr. Mishra shall file affidavit of service within a period of one week from today.

Mr. Mishra informs the Court that demand draft is ready but Registry has refused to accept it because there is delay of five days. Registry is directed to accept the same.

Today when the matter is listed and called out, none appears for Respondent No.3 Bank despite it being served with copy of the order dated 03.12.2025. All Respondents directed to remain present before this Court on the next adjourned date. 5.
Stand over to 17th January, 2026. In the meanwhile, ad-interim relief, if any granted earlier, to continue.
