This appeal is circulated on behalf of the appellant for speaking to the minutes of order dated 29th April 2025. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that a statement was made on behalf of the corporation that consent will be given for quashing of FIR registered against the appellant. He however, submits that the statement made on behalf of the corporation though dictated, is not incorporated in the order. He therefore submits that the order be corrected by incorporating the statement made on behalf of the corporation.

Learned counsel for the corporation has no objection for the correction. Order dated 29th April 2025 be corrected by inserting the following paragraph 5.A after paragraph 5 and clause VII in paragraph 6.

"5.A Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in view of the FIR lodged by the corporation despite the order of status quo, the appellant would be required to file petition for quashing the FIR. Learned counsel for the corporation on instructions of Mr. Dinesh Pallewad, Assistant Commissioner, H/W Ward submits that if a petition is filed for quashing the FIR lodged against the appellant, no objection shall be given on behalf of the corporation. Statement made on behalf of the corporation is accepted as an assurance to this court. VII.

The appellant is at liberty to file appropriate application for quashing the FIR by consent."

In fourth line of paragraph 5 the word 'she' be replaced with 'he'.

The original order be corrected and corrected order to be uploaded.
