Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties would make an attempt to amicably resolve the dispute. In the event, the parties are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, parties would make an attempt to atleast arrive at some interim arrangement to work out the dispute during the pendency of the suit. 2.
