Learned counsel for the corporation submits that the undertaking tendered on behalf of the appellant was for removal of the offending structure within three weeks. However, in paragraph no.2, inadvertently, it is recorded as 'three months'. 4.

Learned counsel for the appellant has no objection for such correction. Order dated 23rd June 2025 be corrected by replacing Page no. 1 of 2
