Present Appeal From Order is mentioned out of turn and taken up for hearing in view of the Application made by Mr. Khan, learned Advocate on behalf of Appellants.

Heard Mr. Khan, learned Advocate for Appellants. 3.

Mr. Khan would submit that the case of Appellants is identical and similar to the case of Appellants in Appeal From Order (St) No.20570 of 2025 (Sr. No.18 on today's board) which was prosecuted by Advocate Mr. Altaf Khan in which order was passed on 14.10.2025 and order is passed today. He would submit that the Developer has agreed to make payment which has been accepted by

71.AO.488.2025.doc the Court and Developer has also shown his bonafides. He would submit that Appellants in the present matter are also similarly placed. In the present Appeal From Order, Interim Application is filed by Appellants. Service has already been done on the Developer - M/s. Neumec Reality, who is the same Developer in the same project. 4.

Needless to state that Respondents are directed to file appropriate Affidavit-in-Reply to the present matter within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the same shall be served on the other side in advance.
