Mr. Haldankar, learned AGP appears pursuant to the directions contained in the order dated 27.11.2025. 3.

Today after hearing of Mr. Haldankar, he is directed to file appropriate Affidavit-in-Reply in order to justify the demand notice seeking recovery of protection charges from Plaintiff for providing him police protection in the facts and circumstances of the present case which are detailed in the order dated 27.11.2025.

Appropriate Affidavit-in-Reply shall be filed within a period of two weeks from today. Advance copy of the same shall be served on Mr. D'Souza in advance.

Needless to state that if Affidavit is not filed, this Court shall determine the present Appeal From Order and Interim Application on the basis of its own merits and the order passed on 27.11.2025. 6.

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be taken to recovery of the charges against the Developer by the concerned Authorities.
