Heard Mr. Shah, learned Advocate for Respondent No.4 and Mr. Savant, learned Advocate appears for proposed Intervenor. 3.

A grievance is made to the Court that copy of Appeal from Orders are not served on Respondents. Respondents are faced with order dated 17.10.2025 by virtue of which ad-interim relief was granted in view of apprehension expressed in that order. 4.

Both the learned Advocates Mr. Shah and Mr. Savant inform Court that matter be circulated and Appellants be directed to serve copy of Appeal from Orders.

Ideally, if such an order (17.10.2025) is passed by Court and if matters were supposed to be listed today, atleast copy of Appeal from Orders should have been served on the Respondents. This Court does not like the conduct of the Advocate who appeared for Appellants

and procured the order dated 17.10.2025 but till today has not served copy of Appeal from Orders despite passing of the said order. 6.

However Advocate of Appellants and Appellants, both are directed to ensure that copy of Appeal from Orders are served on Respondent forthwith.

List the matter on 06th November, 2025.
