In view of the fact that Summons for Judgment has been heard by learned Trial Court and the same has been reserved for judgment on 17.11.2025, learned Trial Court is requested by this Court to pronounce the judgment as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of three weeks from today in order to end the ignominy of the parties before me. This is the best order that can be passed in the facts of the present case as prima facie I do not wish to give my imprimatur at this stage in view of the Summons for Judgment having been fully heard and reserved for judgment. Defendant is permitted to file Reply within a period of one week from Corrected / Modified order as per Speaking of Minutes of order dated 14.11.2025. 1 of 2

Copy of this order shall be placed before the learned Trial Court on 17.11.2025 at 11.00 a.m. to enable the Trial Court to act accordingly.
