Praecipe dated 12.06.2026 is filed on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 who are original Plaintiff Nos.1 and 2. By order dated 08.06.2026, Appeal from Order No.657 of 2025 was disposed with directions.

Mr. Kulkarni draws my attention to paragraph No.27 and persuade the Court to extend the time for making disclosure by substituting the word 'two weeks' by 'four weeks'. He would submit that heavens are not going to fall if said time is extended. 5.
The request made by Mr. Kulkarni is vehemently opposed by Dr. Ranjit Thorat and Mr. Pradeep Thorat who are appearing for the contesting Defendants.

I have considered the request made by Mr. Kulkarni, however in view of directions contained in paragraph Nos.27 to 30, the said request made stands declined.

Needless to state that all contentions of both sides are kept open to enable them to approach the Trial Court in the event if they require any further directions to deal with the Suit properties after compliance.

Praecipe is disposed.
