Ms. Helekar, learned Advocate informs the Court that as directed by the Court on the previous occasion after hearing all parties, the TAC Committee Report has been handed over to Appellant. 3.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains in the matter as the only grievance of Appellant was with respect to handing over of the TAC Committee Report and I have perused the same. Appellant is the only person who is withholding redevelopment and this will not be allowed by this Court which may be noted by Appellant.
