Heard learned counsel for the appellant. The second appeal is admitted on the following substantial questions of law: (I) In view of the plaintiffs' pleadings that Dadu and Parvati died issueless and defendant no. 2 is the son of Dashrath and not the son of Dadu, whether it was necessary to frame a specific issue as to whether defendant no. 2 was the son of Dadu as claimed by defendant nos. 1 and 2.
