The learned Counsel submits that, the appellants and Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 9 to 14 have amicably resolved the dispute and consent terms have been executed. 3.

The Court finds that, the Respondent Nos. 4 to 8 were the plaintiffs, in whose favour the decree was passed by the Trial by SANTOSH SUBHASH KULKARNI Date: 2026.02.06 14:16:47 +0530 SANTOSH SUBHASH KULKARNI Court, which has been set aside by the District Court by the impugned judgment.
