The learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the parties have entered in to the compromise and they had also placed on record the compromise before the trial court.

However, since the compromise is required to be acted upon, Registrar Judicial is directed to verify the compromise, particularly considering that interest of the minor is involved in the matter. Considering the same, parties are directed to appear before the Registrar Judicial today. Registrar Judicial to submit report before this Court on the next date. 3.

Since parties are present today in the court, they are not required to remain present on the next date.
