The learned Counsel for the Appellants, Mr. Sabnis holding for Mr. Gunale, as well as the learned Counsel for the Respondents, Mr. Kendre, submit that the parties have entered into an amicable settlement and have placed on record the compromise terms arrived at between them in RCS No.425/2025, pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmedpur, District Latur. Accordingly, the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmedpur, by order dated 15.12.2025, has taken note of the compromise between the Plaintiffs and the Defendants therein. In view of the said compromise, the present Appellants have also undertaken to withdraw the present Second Appeal.

A certified copy of the compromise terms, as well as the order dated 15.12.2025 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmedpur, taking note of such compromise, is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

Thus, in view of the said compromise arrived at between the parties, the Appellants seek permission to withdraw the Second Appeal.

Permission is granted.

The Second Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn. 6.
All pending Civil Applications are also disposed of accordingly.

Parties to act as per the compromise terms.
