This appeal was heard by me on earlier date. However, today an affidavit is filed in the name of some different partner. This name in the affidavit was not appearing in the record on the earlier occasions. Hence,this appeal was heard by me and orders were passed.

However, now some new partner's affidavit is filed. In view of the name of the partner who has filed affidavit, I cannot take up this matter. Hence, not to be placed before me.
