He submits that Gat No. 182, which is one of the suit properties, was earlier Survey No. 92, which was allotted to the father of the Plaintiffs Shri. Gangaram in the proceeding under the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Act. He submits that necessary documentary evidence in support of his contention is produced before the Courts below.
