1] Mr.Sachin A.Kunte, learned counsel for the appellant informs that the respondents are not appearing in the present Appeal, however, are pressing execution proceedings i.e. Regular Darkhast No. 03/2022 before the Executing Court. The learned counsel for the appellant further informs that the matter is now fixed on 09.01.2026 for further order before the Executing Court. 2] The appellant shall inform the Executing Court about pendency of the present Second Appeal, which is now posted for hearing and appearance of the respondents on 17th January, 2026. If the respondents still do not appear in the present Appeal, this Court

379.25SA would pass appropriate order on the application for stay filed by the present appellants.
