The learned counsel for the appellant Mr. Jaybhar submits that during the pendency of the appeal, parties have arrived at a compromise and have resolved to amicably settle the dispute. In the other suit, which is pending at Newasa, i.e. R.C.S. No. 931 of 2025, the parties have filed the compromise pursis at Exh.33 before the Joint Civil Judge (S.D.), Newasa, An affidavit filed by the appellant is tendered before this Court alongwith relevant documents showing compromise terms. The affidavit is taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification.

In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the appellant does not want to pursue the present appeal and seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.

Permission granted.

The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn in view of the compromise terms. Parties to act in accordance with the compromise terms.
