31-01-2025 Perused the application and annual statement. There is discrepancy as regards funds available at the disposal to the credit of the company as also the assets of the company. In the application, the Official Liquidator has averred that there are no assets of the company. However, in the annual statement, the Official Liquidator has estimated the value of unrealized assets to Rs. 33.50 Lakhs approximately.

The Official Liquidator submits that he has recently joined and seeks time to go through the record and take corrective steps. Stand over to 14-2-2025.
