Vide the present application, the official liquidator has suggested that the Punjab National Bank, MCB, Civil Lines, Nagpur has disbursed payment to some of the workers twice. The company is put to unsolicited losses. The request made by the official liquidator to make the good action is being ignored.

Issue notice to the Manager, Punjab National Bank, MCB, Civil Lines, Nagpur, returnable on 27th June, 2025. 3.

CIVIL APPLICATION (CAL) No. 16/2025 1.

It appears that the Union has filed an application without authorization to Mr. A.J. Cheriyan, who claimed himself to be member of the union. In the circumstances, if at all the union intends to lodge any application, the union

2 24-cal-24-25.odt shall, along with the application should file necessary documents showing its lawful existence and other documents which are required to be filed in accordance with law as also the list the members as was existing at the time of filing petition and the status as on today along with periodical reports required to be submitted by the union. The union shall along with the application file the copy of the present order and if the copy is not filed the official liquidator shall bring this fact to the notice of the Court. The necessary endorsement shall be made by the official liquidator on the file so that change of officer will not be a ground of ignorance of this order.

The applicant is seeking permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh. Permission granted. Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The application is disposed of in the above terms.
