DATED : 09-05 -2025 By present application, the applicants have sought to recall order dated 24-1-2025 and to grant one more opportunity to comply order dated 2-2-2024.

As regards recalling order, it appears that this Court, taking aid of provisions of Maharashtra Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act, 1999, took a view that provisions will have overriding effect on the provisions of Companies Act, 1956. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that this finding runs contrary to provisions under Sections 9 and 529A of the Companies Act. Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator would support the application and seeks time to place on record certain rulings on this point. List on 13-6-2025.
