DATED : 04-07-2025 Company Application (CAL) No. 31/2025 After having heard for some time, the counsels would agree to the following proposition.

The payment of disbursement to the creditors shall be made based on pari passu principle with a rider that pending issues as regards payment due and payable to Income Tax Department or any other creditor as will be decided by this Court will be paid in terms of provisions of Companies Act, 1956 from the sale proceeds of the assets of the company derived in due course.

Company Application (CAL) No. 30/2025 Permission to delete three words "the counsel for" in the prayer clause is granted. Further permission to correct "para nos. 3 & 4" by "para nos. 2 and 4" is granted. The amendment shall be carried out forthwith.
