In this petition, filed as Public Interest Litigation, the petitioner, inter alia, seeks a direction to the respondents to take immediate action to fill up the pits excavated in the Play ground situate at Sector-16, Kharghar to avoid any untoward incident.

The party-in-person submitted that the petitioner has submitted a representation to the Commissioner, Panvel Municipal Corporation.

In the meanwhile, it will be open for the Commissioner, Panvel Municipal Corporation to act upon the representation submitted by the petitioner.
