The petitioner claims to be a Clerk and is attached with an Advocate practicing in Ratnagiri District. In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "a.

That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the like nature thereby:

(i) quashing and setting aside the administrative approval order dated 09/09/2024 bearing No. 3186/24 issued by the Member Secretary of the Ratnagiri District Planning Committee (EXHIBIT A hereto) as well as other consequential orders based on it; and (ii) quashing and setting aside E=Tender Notice no.5 of 2024-2025 dated 11/09/2024 issued by the Ratnagiri Nagar Parishad under the

7-PIL-57-2025.doc Maharashtra Suvarna Jayanti Nagarothan Mahaabhiyan for the development of the said Community Centre (EXHIBI B hereto) (iii) quashing and setting aside Work Order bearing no. 526/3511 2024-2025 dated 08/10/2024 issued by the Ratnagiri Nagar Parishad in the subject property where the Buddh Temple is situated (EXHIBIT C hereto) and all other consequential orders." 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that existing Buddh Vihar situate in Ratnagiri City is going to be converted into a community centre.

In view of the aforesaid submission, learned Government Pleader, appearing for respondent nos.1 to 3, as well as learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4 - Ratnagiri Nagar Parishad, on instructions, submit that no damage in any manner shall be caused to the existing Buddh Vihar and the Ratnagiri Nagar Parishad intends to develop the adjacent area without causing any damage in any manner to existing Buddh Vihar.

The aforesaid submissions of the learned Government Pleader as well as learned counsel for respondent no.4 are placed on record.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. No further orders need to be passed in the instant writ petition. The same is accordingly disposed of.
