In this Petition, the Petitioner is aggrieved by the continuation of Respondent No.1 on the post of headmaster of Smt. Satyawati Kaur Vidyalaya, Tokade, Taluka Malegaon, District Nashik. 2.

After arguing the matter to some extent, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the Petition with the liberty to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him in law. 3.

We do not find any element of public interest in the Petition. Therefore, we are inclined to permit the Petitioner to withdraw the Public 1/2
