In this Public Interest Litigation, the petitioner, inter alia, has prayed for a direction to start operation of local train service starting from Diva Junction to CSMT and likewise CSMT to Diva Junction.

After arguing the matter to some extent, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the PIL with the liberty to submit a detailed representation to General Manager, Central Railways, with regard to his grievance. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, PIL is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
