The PIL petitioners were not represented through their counsel even on the previous occasions. The petitioners have made the following prayers in this Public Interest Litigation :- "a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to start the incomplete procedure for removing the illegal RCC permanent construction carried out on the reserved place of the Development Plan of Survey no.294A situated at Nashik and complete the same within a specific time frame.

b) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to revoke/cancel/withdraw the proposal dated 13/03/2025 for removing some portion of the Reservation of Public Amenity existing on the place of the Temple Trust.

c) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a framework for initiating process for reconstruction of the Temple on the property of the Temple Trustee or for excluding the reservation of religious places only when it is extremely necessary to make changes in the TP Act and the Government should design a policy in this regard. d) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to formulate a code of conduct for making common Act and Rules applicable regarding the illegal construction of the structure of any religion. 1/2 905-PIL-85-2025.doc Dixit

e) Pending the hearing and final disposal of the above petition, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to stay the action dated 13/03/2025 initiated under section 37A by the respondents of making any kind of DE reservation in respect of property of Temple Trust situated at Survey No.294A situated within Nasik Municipal Corporation." 3.
