Under the order of this Court dated 16/09/2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 7920 of 2025, the respondents- authorities were directed to cooperate in handing over possession to the petitioner bank. The grievance raised in the present contempt petition is that, despite the said directions, the respondent authorities did not take steps to hand over possession.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the possession is scheduled for tomorrow and that the respondents - authorities shall provide police aid and the concerned authorities are ready to hand over possession to the petitioner.
