1) The Petition challenges order dated 16 October 2025 passed by the Appellate Bench of Small Causes Court allowing Miscellaneous Appeal No. 15 of 2025 and setting aside Ex-parte decree. As the hearing of the Revision Application progressed, Mr. Kanade, the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants and Mr. Raje the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent-tenant, after taking instructions from their respective clients, have agreed to settle the disputes. Under the settlement arrived between the parties, it is agreed that the Respondenttenant shall give up all his claims in respect of tenanted premises against the Plaintiffs upon receipt of amount of Rs. 20,00,000/- from the Page No.

Renuka 10-cra-25-2026 Plaintiffs. The Plaintiffs are agreeable to pay the amount of Rs. 20,00,000/- to the Respondent/Defendant towards settlement within a period of three weeks. The compromise reached between the parties has accordingly been recorded by this court. Parties shall accordingly file compromise pursis before the Trial Court/Executing Court upon receipt of amount of Rs. 20,00,000/- by the Respondent/Defendant and the Court shall proceed to pass a formal order disposing off the suit. Since the disputes are settled, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the Revision Application. The same is accordingly disposed of. [SANDEEP V. MARNE, J.] Page No.
