Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the
37.2025CP+.odt petitioners are getting only Rs.4,000/- to Rs.5,000/- per month, when as per the directions of this Court they are entitled for minimum basic pay scale of approximately Rs.29,500/-. Though work is being extracted by the respondents from petitioners, they are being paid meager payment.

We give four weeks time to the respondents to comply with the directions given by this Court, failing which contempt proceedings shall be initiated against the respondents.
3.
The State shall pay the amounts to the petitioners, at least part of the amounts, prior to Diwali.
4.
