On instructions from Ms. Sarita Hazare, Joint Director, Health Services, learned AGP makes a statement that though the State Government has already disbursed the salary of the Ambulance Drivers working under State Government, however, the Ambulance Drivers working under NHA Scheme, their salary could not be disbursed as funds are not received from the Central

-4Government. She further states that not only the Ambulance Drivers but also the other employees working under the scheme of NHA are not paid their salary because of non-receipt of funds from the Central Government.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have not received the salary though it is being claimed that salary amount is disbursed by the State Government. 3.

Learned AGP to file affidavit of the Deputy Director giving details as to whom and how much funds are disbursed towards payment of salary of the Ambulance Drivers. 4.

Stand over to 08.05.2025.
