Oral Order (Per Abasaheb D. Shinde, J.) :

Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5 are Ad idem that the order under contempt has already been complied with. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, however, submits that the respondents may be directed to continue to pay the salary to the petitioners with minimum pay-scale as well as dearness allowances.

We find that this Court, while disposing of the companion contempt petitions alongwith Contempt Petition No.1035 of 2024, has passed an elaborate order on 08.12.2025. We therefore need not reiterate the contents of the said order. Since this Court while disposing of those contempt petitions has directed the respondents to continue to pay minimum pay-scale as admissible to the ambulance drivers including dearness allowances, we also propose to issue similar directions, thereby directing the respondents to continue to pay the minimum pay-scale as admissible to the petitioners including dearness allowances.

In that view of the matter, present contempt petitions stand disposed of.
