OCTOBER 06, 2025 ORDER :- Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the present Contempt Petition is filed in respect of the interim order passed below Application (Exh.38) in Civil Misc. Application No.33 of 2014 by the trial court. He would further submit that the main petition is regarding the custody of the children, which is scheduled for disposal in the trial court today. He makes a statement that the application for interim relief would merge in the final order, which is expected to be passed today by the trial court. Hence, he seeks time of two weeks to come with up-to-date information. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not object the said position.

Although the main proceedings may be decided by learned trial court today, still, the issue whether the respondents committed

25-sr43 contempt of the interim order, passed by the trial court or not, remains open. Stand over to 14.11.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit, on the next date, he would come with the up-to-date record, showing that the petitioner had been regularly paying the respondents the amount, as directed by the trial court.
