The learned Advocate submits that in order dated 23.07.2025, in paragraph no.1 inadvertently amount of PR Bond is not mentioned. Hence, he requests for mentioning the same. 3.

In view of the above, paragraph no.1 is substituted by following paragraph:

"Issue notice to respondent no.1-Contemnor in Format. Mr. Naiknavare, learned Advocate appearing for respondent no.1 waives notice and seeks time to furnish PR Bond of Rs.25,000/-"

Necessary corrections be carried out and corrected order be uploaded accordingly.
