SEPTEMBER 25, 2025 ORDER :- Mr.Naiknaware, learned counsel for respondent no.1, submits that pursuant to the order passed by this court on 30.07.2025, the contemnor/respondent no.1 has submitted P.R.Bond on 04.08.2025. He would submit that today, his client is personally present in the court. He would further submit that the contemnor undertook and assured that as and when he is called, he would remain present in the court and would abide by the orders already passed and which may be passed in the matter. Mr. Naiknaware would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this court, his client has already started proceeding to role back the questioned mutation entries and the said process is ongoing. He would further submit that his client will make every endeavour to get the disputed entries restored, as directed by this court.
