Mr. Naiknaware, learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that the respondent has already moved to the revenue authorities to role back the mutation entries as was directed by this Court and as is undertaken by the respondent. He further submits that the respondent is pursuing the matter with the authorities in view of the assurance given to this Court. However he states that as the concerned revenue authorities are now fully engaged in rehabilitation process pursuant to the heavy flood occurred in the last month probably the process is not completed. He submits that the delay is not at the behest of the respondent. He further submits that to show his bonafides, the respondent is again personally present.

Mr. Naiknaware on instructions submits that, in any case, his client would not create any hurdle in the process of the proceedings of revenue authorities to role back the mutation entries which are in progress as was directed by this Court.
