Learned AGP placed on record communication dated 20.11.2024 issued by Sub-Divisional Officer, Majalgaon mentioning the notice under Section 19 of the Land Acquisition Act, 2013 has been issued in the Official Gazette of 03-09 April-2025 and hearing was also given to the petitioner and after making fresh inquiry through Deputy Superintend of Land Records, Vadwani further action in respect of the acquisition will be taken.

The communication dated 20.11.2025 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

It appears that there is substantial compliance of the order under contempt. As such, stand over to Monday i.e. 19.01.2026 for passing order.
