IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD CONTEMPT PETITION NO. 427 OF 2025 IN BA/116/2023 RAHUL SHANKARRAO WADHAVE

VERSUS

AMRUTA PARANJAPE MENEZES ...

Mr. Rahul S. Wadhave, Party In Person.

...

CORAM : S. G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J.

DATED : 18th JUNE, 2025.

P.C.:- 1.

Heard party in person.

2.

He submits that respondent, who is practicing Advocate has committed contempt of Court or caused interference in Court proceeding without permission of learned Special Court i.e. District and Sessions Court, Aurangabad and filed her say dated 11.03.2024 below Exhibits 11, 12 in Criminal Bail Application No.116/2023.

3.

Apparently, from contentions of petitioner it is not discernible that respondent was directed by any Court to do a particular act or she was bound to comply particular order or she has violated any particular order. The allegations in Contempt Petition is that without permission of Court, respondent filed say in Criminal Bail Application No.116/2023. Such conduct of Advocate would not fall within meaning of contempt. 4.

In that view of the matter, there is no substance in Contempt Petition. Hence, stands dismissed.
