In view of the aforesaid development, with the consent of the parties, Revision Application stands disposed with liberty to the Applicant to raise all the contentions before the Arbitral Tribunal appointed pursuant to the said order dated 5th January 2026 passed in the Arbitration Petition (Stamp) No. 37213 of 2025.
