The learned AGP produced on record communication dated 04.02.2026 mentioning that the final award in this matter is already passed on 17.02.2025 and the other petitioners except Petitioner No.1-Narayan Pandharinath Aarekar, are already paid their respective amount of compensation.

The learned AGP further submitted that original claimant was one Pandharinath Bhau Aarekar and Petitioner No.1 herein is one of his legal heirs.

The said communication further indicates that as and when Petitioner No.1 herein submits Succession Certificate or Legal Heirship Certificate of Pandharinath Bhau Aarekar then the amount of Narwade
921-cp-477-2025 -2compensation falling to the share of such legal heirs of Pandharinath Bhau Aarekar will be paid to them.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already applied for getting such Heirship Certificate of Pandharinath Bhau Aarekar and as and when it is received he will claim the amount of compensation through those legal heirs.

In view of the same, nothing survives in this petition and the petition is accordingly disposed of.
