Mr. Haridas, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants, states that, pursuant to the Order dated 16th October 2025, the Applicants have vacated two rooms. Mr. Amin, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 accepts the said position.

As far as the third room is concerned, occupants i.e. Indira Kishor Damankar and her family members who are occupying the said room, has informed the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay that by today evening by 05:00 p.m. they will be handing over the possession of the third room to the Respondent No.1.

Mr. Nitin Pawar, the Court Receiver, who is personally present in the Court, states that Officers of the Court Receiver's Office are already on site and if the possession of the said third room is not handed over

16-CRA-481-2025.odt by 05:00 p.m., then the Court Receiver, High Court, Bombay, will take steps in terms of the Order dated 16th October 2025. The Court Receiver to take physical possession from the said occupants of said Room No.3 and shall handover the same to the Respondent No.1, if the same is not handed over voluntarily by 05:00 p.m. today by the said occupants.

Accordingly, stand over to 3rd November 2025 to enable the Court Receiver to file compliance report.
