Mr. Menon, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the Applicant has complied with the undertakings given to this Court as recorded in the Order dated 23rd December 2025 and keys of the suit premises have been handed over to the Respondent.

However, Mr. Menon, learned Counsel states that although the possession of the subject premises has been handed over, the goods of the Applicant's are still in the suit premises and the Applicant will remove the same within a period of two weeks from today. The said statement made on instructions of Mr. Chandrashekhar Kashinath Pawar, Partner and Authorised Representative of the Applicant is accepted as undertaking given to this Court.

Mr. Surana, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent states that the Respondent will permit removal of the said goods. 4.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Application is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.

The unconditional apology tendered by said Chandrashekhar Kashinath Pawar is accepted as he has purged the contempt by handing over possession of the suit premises. He has also paid costs of Rs.50,000/- to Kirtikar Law Library. 6.

The Respondent is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings including of contempt of Court as also filing the Interim

Application in this Civil Revision Application seeking appropriate relief, in case, the Applicant fails to remove the goods which are lying in the subject premises.

In view of disposal of the Civil Revision Application, nothing survives in the Interim Application and the same is also disposed of.
