It is informed that already the proposal for disbursement of amount is sent to the Government and the Government has accepted the same and the amount is also calculated and disbursed. However, the Treasury Officer, Amalner has raised certain query and is not actually disbursing the amount to the Petitioner. 2.

Considering the above, Petitioner seeks leave to add Account Officer, Pay Verification Unit, Nasik and Treasury Officer, Amalner as party to the Petition.
